A new version of Press Release Grader has been posted. This adds (among other things), detection of the “-30-” as a valid end of content marker.

Thanks for trying out Press Release Grader and providing some constructive feedback.

I’ll be working on the changes to add the Canadian end-of-content support and add some more functionality in terms of content analysis (like adding average sentence length and flagging sentences that are too long).

Stay tuned. Should have the new update out by midnight (Boston time) tomorrow.
