And I would agree with you on the most noticeable difference being demographics and energy -- there are a lot more young people, and in more senior positions, and there is an energy around that office that is fun, upbeat, hardworking and passionate; something that was extremely rare where I was before. Congratulations on the new job, sounds like you have your work cut out for you. Coming from a not-for-profit, quasi-government organization, I had a lot of the same thoughts after my first day at CNW Group.
