		<description>Hi again. I've actually had the opportunity to use this book as I've drafted a few plans lately and I have one quick suggestion. 

In the 'evaluation' section, it may be worth reminding people that evaluation works best when you link to the objectives. I actually draw my plans up with a three-column evaluation table: Objective / Metric / Target. It can be a bit limiting but it really reinforces the need to make your objectives SMART in the first place!
