		<description>Great post! I think your point about not talking in &quot;Corporate Speak&quot; is really important. If you are engaging in Social Media it is important to be human, even when representing an organization.
I think the other important thing is to engage only after understanding the &quot;rules&quot;. For example set up your own Twitter account, or read blogs that interest you personally (and comment) before doing any of this for the company.</description>
