		<description>I love that line - &quot;direct feedback is one of the most powerful benefits of social media.&quot; Here you talk about it in terms of negative comments (and I agree - hearing what people would like to see improve is so valuable) but it also works in terms of positive comments. There&#039;s nothing better than hearing from people that your product/service/event rocks - it means you&#039;re doing something right. I feel like people are hesitant to pat themselves on the back for a job well done, and instead focus on the things they could have done differently. 
So I agree - pay attention to the negative comments or criticisms, and react when you feel it&#039;s appropriate. But also pay attention to the positive feedback, and take a moment to savour it!</description>
