Spokeo (www.spokeo.com) is a very interesting new tool that allows you to track your contacts’ activities over 30-plus different social media sites.The site makes a point of speaking to privacy concerns, but does it go too far? Is this a very cool tool, or is it too close to privacy invasion?

I don’t find it too invasive. It’s just public info on the Web. Every social network asks you to find and connect with friends, it’s just the same thing.
Whoah. I just used the same phrase (cool and creepy) to describe a similar service called Spock (spock.com). Coincidence? And why are their names so similar as well? Strange.
